The goal of the Fourth Grade teachers is to provide academic growth in an environment conducive to learning. During the first week of April 4th grade students will take the LEAP test. The test is divided into four parts: Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies. Fourth grade students are prepared during the school-year, targeting skills and benchmarks that are aligned to the state-wide assessment objectives. Students are also given the daily opportunity to use LaPASS, a website that is an excellent learning tool to practice and solve multiple-choice, short answer and essay questions similar to those on LEAP. |
